The Waterford at Fitchburg, a premier retirement community in Fitchburg, WI provides quality care to residents in an Independent and Assisted Living community.

We have the following positions available:

• Every Other Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm, 2 days per week from 6am-10am
• Every Other Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm, 2 days per week from 6am-10am
• Weekends Only 7am-3pm or 11pm-7am

Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
