How you’ll contribute

  • Develop hiring manager profiles, sharpen role requirements, and align on organizational goals with healthcare facility leaders.
  • Build and sustain pipelines; proactively source through boards, social channels, referrals, and professional groups.
  • Run structured screens and interviews to assess credentials, experience, and cultural fit; coordinate interviews and feedback loops.
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance and credentialing: verify licenses, certifications, and background checks for each position.
  • Submit candidate profiles via the appropriate VMS platform with accuracy and speed.
  • Negotiate competitive pay packages based on bill rates and terms (duration, travel stipends), following GSA and Express guidelines; manage contract locks.
  • Monitor labor market and industry trends to continuously improve sourcing and placement outcomes.
  • Support day-to-day operations—answer phones, texts, and emails—and assist with additional Express Healthcare Staffing administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
  • Work with urgency, prioritize recruiting and sales activities effectively, and provide on-call support after hours or during emergencies when needed.
  • Collaborate with a positive spirit; uphold punctual, regular, predictable attendance; communicate with clarity; stay composed under pressure; and take direction respectfully.
  • Track weekly performance and align actions to Scorecard expectations.

What sets you up for success
