Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel

• Assist with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents

• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
