Responsibilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Direct Client Care - Deliver compassionate hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each residents Plan of Care. • Support Daily Living - Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement. • Monitor Health Changes - Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. • Ensure timely communication with the nursing team. • Create a Welcoming Place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere. • Other Duties as Assigned - Ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support.
