Nursing Assistant - Medical/ Surgical

ATTENTION NURSING ASSISTANTS: We are hiring for all shifts: FT, PT, or Per-Diem with either8-hour or 12-hourshifts, flexible schedules available. Is your HEART IN HEALTHCARE? Join our team of Nursing Assistants and help our patients with daily activities as needed. Nursing Assistant responsibilities include providingbasic servicesto patients throughout the day who have difficulties with mobility or cognitive skills. Performs dutiesunder the direction of the Registered Nurse to support our patients and provide direct patient care. Duties include, but are not limited to: A variety of ClinicalMeasures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levels Bathing, observation and meals ADLs(Activities of Daily Living) Answering call buttons Ensures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of degree withBasic Life Support certification.Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required. An every-other-weekend schedule commitment is required. Per-diem roles are not eligible for thesign-on bonus.
