A Nursing Assistant's Responsibilities May Include:
• Performing basic patient care needs and services essential to caring for the patients' personal and comfort needs • Complete personal hygiene • Collecting specimens • Assisting patients with daily walking and exercise • Transporting patients between departments • Observing, reporting and recording vital signs of the patient • Obtain/Maintain CPR certification in adult maneuvers (child and infant may be required by some departments) at all times. • May be required to lift more than 35 pounds.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred

Munson Healthcare Requirements:
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
