Purpose of Position: Provides quality care to the patients and services the needs of the department.

Description

• Practices according to entity mandatory requirements.
• Practices according to department expectations.
• Practices with a Customer Service approach to all activities.
• Utilizes internal and external resources appropriately.
• Documents according to entity/departmental guidelines.
• Utilizes techniques of time management effectively.
• Obtains specimans according to policies and procedures.
• Processes specimens according to policies and procedures.
• Addresses age-specific needs of adolescents, adults and older adults.
• Participates in the nursing process during delivery of patient care.
• Demonstrates profieciency in Computerized Nursing Informatics (Information Systems)
• Assesses personal and learning development needs.
• Performs other work related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• CNA
• Must write and understand English.
• 6 months experience in a health care setting.
• Must have completed EKG Course.
• BLS.
• Phlebotomy.

Schedule Details: 64PP (32 Hours Per Week), Rotating Days, 7a-3p, Every Other Weekend & Rotating Holidays
