Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and observations

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program and certification as a Nursing Assistant

• 0 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
