Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Join our caring team at our 42-bed skilled nursing facility, where resident-centered care and teamwork are our top priorities.
This part-time position is scheduled 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with 6 shifts per pay period. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to residents while working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure each resident receives quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Taking and recording vital signs as directed.
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Supporting residents with dignity, respect, and compassion while promoting their independence whenever possible.
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional resident care.
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (or Nursing Assistant Registered, as applicable under state requirements).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $25.55–$27.15, based on qualifications and experience.
- Paid Leave Time (PLT) accrual.
- 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 5%.
