Schedule: Full Time | 72 hours/pay period | Premium Weekend 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. | 3 out of 4 weekends, including Holiday rotation
Pay Range: $19.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide hands-on support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. Whether assisting with daily activities, monitoring health changes, or simply offering companionship, you'll be a trusted part of their care team and help create a home-like environment where residents can thrive.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
- Direct Client Care - Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident's Plan of Care.
- Support Daily Living - Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
- Monitor Health Changes - Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
- Create a Welcoming Place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.

This job also requires:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
- Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to pass state mandated background check.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
