    Job Description

    Functions as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized patient care by performing designated patient care and unit activities.

     

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
    • Must successfully complete Nurse's Aide training program.
    • Certified Nurse Aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
    • EKG recognition class required prior to completion of orientation.
    • BCLS required.
