Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid CA license
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in outpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Chemo certification
• Nurse navigation experience
• Case management experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
• Assess and interpret patient data to develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate interventions
• Provide education to patients and families on self-care and illness prevention
• Participate in team building and contribute to a positive work environment
