Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
• Experience in emergency room or critical care settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records and healthcare technology

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healing environment by providing emotional support and information to patients and their families
• Assess patients, interpret data, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Implement and evaluate nursing and medical interventions, ensuring patient safety and compliance with standards
• Educate patients and families on self-care and illness prevention, adjusting information based on cultural and developmental needs
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive work environment
