Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid CA-RN license
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Level 1 trauma facility/academic center experience
• MICU experience
• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• Prior work experience in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
• Oncology skillset
• Less than 1 week RTO during assignment preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
• Mobilize patient strengths for recovery and care management
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assess and teach patients and families for self-care and illness prevention
• Monitor and evaluate patient data, adjust care plans as necessary
• Participate in team building and contribute to positive morale
• Utilize technology for communication and documentation
