Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
• Experience in labor and delivery
• Familiarity with Shared Governance groups and professional publications

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
• Teach patients and families the knowledge and skills needed for self-care and illness prevention
• Monitor and evaluate patient data, implementing and assessing nursing interventions
