Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid CA license
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
• Experience in MS/Telemetry unit
• Familiarity with hospital policies and standards of care

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions
• Teach patients and families necessary skills for self-care and illness prevention
