Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in outpatient oncology
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Chemo certification
• Nurse navigation experience
• Case management experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assess and interpret patient data, monitor conditions, and evaluate interventions
• Teach patients and families self-care and illness prevention techniques
• Participate in team building and contribute to a positive work environment
