Job Title: Nursing - Clinical Nurse-PCU

Location: PALO ALTO, CA

Salary Range: $75 - 80/Hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid CA-RN license.
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a progressive care unit or similar clinical setting.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring other nursing staff.
• Familiarity with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families.
• Assess and interpret patient data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Teach patients and families the knowledge and skills needed for self-care and illness prevention.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and patient responses.
• Contribute to team building and positive morale in the unit.
• Utilize technology for communication and documentation purposes.
