The Nursing Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) - Total Joint Program Coordinator serves as the clinical coordinator for patients undergoing total hip, knee, and other joint replacement procedures. This role provides comprehensive patient education and care coordination throughout the surgical continuum, from pre-operative preparation through post-operative recovery. The RN supports program quality initiatives, outcomes tracking, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement activities while performing ambulatory nursing and office-based clinical duties within the orthopedic practice.
The Total Joint Program Coordinator acts as a liaison among patients, surgeons, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation services, and hospital departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience and optimal clinical outcomes.
Responsible for providing professional clinical assistance to patients within the practice supporting the physicians. Responsible for performing all duties in accordance with clinic protocols and procedures.

Required Education and Experience
BSN in Nursing and at least 3 years in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience in an office setting and/or with surgical care management.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
Compensation Range:
$69,500.00- $101,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
