Nursing Director, General & Surgical Dermatology

Outpatient Dermatology Services | 3 Locations

Lead a Growing Dermatology Service Line

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director to oversee General Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, and Phototherapy Services across three outpatient locations.

This leader will be a trusted partner and professional colleague to physicians and staff, bringing strong experience from the procedural nursing environment and a passion for clinical excellence, patient experience, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical, operational, and financial performance

Foster excellence in patient care, quality, and safety

Develop staffing plans, recruitment strategies, and workforce engagement

Mentor and support nursing leaders and clinical teams

Drive innovation, change management, and operational improvement

Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary leaders to achieve strategic goals

Team Oversight

  • Direct Reports: 11
  • Indirect Reports: 21-50

Qualifications

Required

  • BSN
  • Current RN License in a Procedural field
  • BLS Certification
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

  • Master''s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Supervisory/management experience
  • Experience in ambulatory, procedural, dermatology, surgery, or specialty practice settings

Pay Range:

$180,000.00 USD - $230,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
