Job Summary
The Nurse Educator functions within the framework of professional nursing practice and collaborates closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you will design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives that support staff development, clinical competency, regulatory readiness, and organizational goals. You will play a key role in shaping onboarding, ongoing development, and professional growth for nurses within high‑acuity medical-surgical environments.
