Position Summary: Friendly Senior Living is seeking an experienced, mission-driven healthcare leader to serve as Vice President & Administrator of The Friendly Home, a 181-member nursing home and rehabilitation community in Rochester, NY. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to guide operations, support excellence in care and service, and contribute to the continued success of a respected senior living organization with a long-standing commitment to older adults and their families. As Administrator of Record, the Vice President &Administrator will oversee key clinical and service departments, guide quality and compliance efforts, support financial and operational performance, and help advance a Culture of Excellence across the organization. The Vice President & Administrator serves as a trusted advisor to the President and provides direct administrative oversight for Nursing, Social Work/Admissions, Recreation, Medical Services, Dietary, Building and Environmental Services. The successful candidate will bring strong operational judgment, regulatory knowledge, financial discipline, and a genuine commitment to resident-centered care. The ideal candidate is an experienced senior care or healthcare executive who leads with integrity, builds trust across teams, and balances strategic vision with hands-on operational follow-through. This individual will be comfortable working in a highly regulated environment, leading through change, and fostering collaboration across departments to deliver exceptional care and service.
