Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Adrian, MO. The ideal candidate will be a strong, compassionate leader with proven operational expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality resident care. This role oversees all areas of facility operations, including regulatory compliance, team leadership, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the facility
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and organizational standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and census growth initiatives
• Support quality assurance efforts and guide survey readiness

Qualifications:
• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Missouri
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an NHA required
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing operations, staff, and financial performance
