Position Overview

The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, a valid Maryland LNHA license, and a proven ability to manage surveys, grow census, and optimize facility finances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring quality care and resident satisfaction.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop facility leadership and staff to maintain high-performance standards.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CMS and Maryland Department of Health requirements.

  • Maintain and enhance facility survey readiness, achieving successful outcomes in inspections.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow census and strengthen occupancy.

  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

  • Collaborate with our partners to foster a resident-centered culture and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Maryland LNHA license.

  • 3–5 years of experience in nursing home administration.

  • Demonstrated success in survey management, census growth, and financial oversight.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
