Job Details

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Administrator to oversee overall operations of a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff development. The Administrator serves as the key liaison between corporate leadership, clinical teams, residents, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and management of facility operations
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Oversee clinical, financial, and operational performance of the facility
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to ensure quality care delivery
  • Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and operational goals
  • Monitor quality metrics, survey readiness, and regulatory outcomes
  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead recruitment, retention, and development of facility leadership and staff
  • Ensure facility policies and procedures are implemented and followed
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and organizational performance

Qualifications:

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing (state-specific) required
  • Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare operations required
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey process
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and operational performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a positive culture

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time leadership position: 40 hours per week + on call
