The successful candidate will work closely with experienced operational leadership, nursing consultants, and clinical support teams to ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, team development, and financial performance.
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and team management experience
Background in business operations, customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-department management
Financial and organizational oversight skills
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Desire to grow into or continue a career in long-term care leadership
Nursing Home Administrator license preferred or willingness to obtain licensure (support available for qualified candidates)

Operational leadership support - a dedicated Regional Operations Director consults each of our facilities allowing you to have management mentorship for budgets, financials, employee relations etc. Each Regional Operations Director consults less than ten facilities, allowing for more time for oversight and assistance at your facility.
