Nursing Home Administrator – Mobile, Alabama

Compensation: $140,000 Base Salary

Lucrative Bonus Program: Up to $42,000

An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead a well-established long-term care and rehabilitation facility in the Mobile, Alabama area. This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven healthcare executive who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, regulatory compliance, and delivering outstanding resident care.

This facility has built a strong reputation for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment. With more than 90 residents, a dedicated team of 80 FTEs, and strong clinical and rehabilitation services, the organization offers both stability and growth potential for the right leader.

Position Overview

The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the overall operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic direction of the facility. This leader will work closely with department heads and executive leadership to ensure exceptional resident outcomes, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.

The Administrator will have oversight of seven department leaders and report directly to the Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the facility

* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

* Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction

* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and census development

* Lead, mentor, and develop department leadership teams

* Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and    compassionate care

* Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care    and safety

* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and    community partners

Qualifications

* Active Nursing Home Administrator license required

* Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within long-term care or LTAC    settings

* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required

* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial operations, and      human resources

* Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

* Demonstrated success driving operational and clinical performance in a      healthcare environment
