Oversee the overall operations of the nursing home facility, ensuring efficient and effective daily management
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that support high-quality resident care
Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor and assess the quality of care provided to residents, including specialized clinical programs
Provide leadership and oversight for units with higher acuity needs, including respiratory or ventilator-dependent populations, when applicable
Collaborate with medical professionals and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize resident care plans
Address resident and family concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively
Manage the facility’s budget, financial performance, and operational resources
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Current, active, and unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Previous leadership experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility
Experience overseeing or supporting a respiratory unit or high-acuity clinical population is highly desired
Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with social work principles and practices in a healthcare setting
Understanding of home care services and their integration within skilled nursing operations
Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and operational oversight
