    Description

    Job Summary:


    The Nursing Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing daily operations within the healthcare facility. This role involves leadership, staff supervision, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement of patient care standards.


    Key Responsibilities:


    •  Supervise and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation 
    •  Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care 
    •  Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices 
    •  Monitor patient care outcomes and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations 
    •  Coordinate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams 
    •  Manage department budgets, resources, and inventory 
    •  Handle patient concerns and resolve issues effectively 
    •  Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and quality standards 
    •  Lead staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous education programs 
    •  Maintain accurate documentation and reporting 
    Required Qualifications:


    •  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN); Master’s degree preferred 
    •  Valid nursing license (RN) 
    •  5+ years of clinical nursing experience 
    •  2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
