Job Summary
Endoscopy Clinical Nurse ManagerFull-time 40-hour position Monday through Friday.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Endoscopy RN experience and/or Nursing leadership experience. Massachusetts General Hospital – Gastrointestinal Endoscopy DepartmentThe Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is responsible for the clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leadership of the Massachusetts General Hospital Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Department, including Blake 4 Endoscopy, Pediatric Endoscopy, and the Charles River Plaza (CRP) Endoscopy Center. The CNM promotes the highest standards of patient- and family-centered care while fostering a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, innovation, and professional excellence. Working in partnership with the Nurse Director, Nurse Practice Specialist, physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and interdisciplinary teams, the CNM ensures exceptional clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Massachusetts General Hospital and Mass General Brigham.Essential ResponsibilitiesLeadershipQualifications
