The Nursing Manager – Operating Room (OR) is responsible for promoting the mission and values of the organization while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient surgical operations. As a key member of the management team, this role contributes to system planning, budgeting, staffing, and program development to support safe, effective, and patient-centered surgical services.
This position is ideal for a clinically strong OR professional ready to step into leadership, such as a board runner, charge nurse, or shift supervisor, who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Support daily OR operations and staff performance
• Participate in budgeting, staffing, and Client planning
• Contribute to system planning and program development

• Advocate for patients, staff, and organizational values

Education & Licensure

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Oklahoma RN license or applicable Multi-State Compact RN license

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Surgical Services RN experience
Certifications

• BLS – must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer
• ACLS – required within 30 days of hire
• PALS – required within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support clinical staff
• Interest in growing into long-term nursing leadership
