This role is accountable for achieving departmental and hospital goals in collaboration with medical staff and leadership, ensuring exceptional patient care, safety, and operational excellence.

Education & Training:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or related graduate degree preferred
Licensure & Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Additional certifications may be required based on patient population (ACLS, PALS, NALS, TNCC)
- National leadership certification (ANCC or AONL) required within 2 years of hire
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
