Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement professional development programs for nursing staff in the NICU • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement competency-based education programs • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for professional development • Develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, and presentations on various topics related to neonatal care • Evaluate the effectiveness of professional development programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Nursing or related field • Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut • Minimum 2 years of experience in a NICU setting • Strong knowledge of neonatal care and nursing practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
