    Summary:

    Provides education and professional development to support the clinical competence and growth of nursing and clinical Team Members.

    Role will be covering Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, and NICU. Assessing learning needs, develops and leads evidence-based educational programs, supports new hire orientation, and promotes clinical excellence in alignment with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice.

    Your Role Within the Team:

    • Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programs
    • Conducts needs assessments and applies evidence-based educational strategies
    • Supports orientation and ongoing development of clinical Team Members
    • Serves as a clinical and educational resource to direct care staff
    • Participates in quality improvement initiatives and change management
    • Performs appropriate RN functions and other duties as assigned

    Qualifications Required

    • BSN with 3 years of clinical experience

    OR

    • Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field with 4 years of nursing education experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in Women's Services (L&D, Mother/Baby, and/or NICU

    Preferred

    • Professional organization certification
    • ANPD certification
    • NICU experience is preferred
