A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization in the Camp Hill, PA area is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nursing Scheduler to support daily staffing operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is essential in ensuring quality resident care through effective scheduling coordination and administrative support.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Flexibility required

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute monthly nursing staff schedules

• Manage daily staffing adjustments and shift coverage needs

• Track attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and related staffing data

• Partner with HR and nursing leadership regarding attendance policies and staffing processes

• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports accurately and on time

• Generate staffing and scheduling reports for leadership teams

• Monitor open shifts, staffing levels, and agency usage

• Support efficient day-to-day staffing operations in a dynamic healthcare setting

Qualifications

• Prior scheduling experience required; healthcare experience strongly preferred

• Strong computer and technical skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
