Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Assumes accountability for the functioning of the evening/night shift according to PHBH standards.
Provides oversight of the nursing staff at PHBH's multi-unit facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing/Nurse Manager on the evening/night shift.
Makes daily patient rounds and communicates necessary information to the clinical team to ensure high quality patient care.
Plans shift staffing to meet patient care needs according to staff level of expertise using established patient care standards and within budgetary guidelines.
Maintain required shift records, reports, and statistics for administrative purposes and budget preparation.

Salary Range:
$95,153.76 - $151,694.40/Annually based on 40 hours per week
