Then Nurse Supervisor is a key leader responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and overseeing daily operations during their shift. They bridge the gap between bedside nurses and administration, handling staffing, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include: creating schedules, assigning tasks, and managing staffing levels; monitoring patient care, assisting with complex cases, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols; managing unit resources, updating records, and implementing facility policies.
Education: A Bachelor Degree in Nursing
License: Active Registered Nurse license in PA
Experience: Previous experience as a staff nurse (at least 3 years) is required, with charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
