Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Job Description:

The Children’s Services Nurse Supervisor supports the development and coordination of healthcare services for students in both the school day and residential settings. The role ensures daily operational oversight necessary for scheduling, assessing, managing, educating, and delegating care to support the health and wellness of students and staff. As a leader, this role also includes budgetary and resource stewardship, as well as maintaining the standards of practice to meet external regulatory requirements. The Children’s Services Nurse Supervisor is pivotal in maintaining quality and safety in all aspects of medical care.

Essential Duties:

· Lead the day-to-day operational function of the school nursing team and department to meet all student needs and services in accordance with all federal, state, and local practice standards and regulations for school and residential settings. Ensure services are provided in compliance with school policies.

· Develop and modify policies, protocols, and guidelines. Review at least annually.

· Provide assessments and deliver preventative, routine, and emergency health care to all students at The Benedictine School.

· Administer and document medications as prescribed in accordance with School policy.

· Provide Delegating Nursing support for all CMTs on campus and in group home setting.
