They are recognized for their commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and investment in advanced manufacturing technologies.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead Project and Process Engineering teams across multiple capital projects.Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and business cases.Manage equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.Drive automation, process improvement, and plant expansion initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Validation.Oversee SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and other validation activities.Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting efforts.Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture.Manage engineering documentation, PFMEAs, and risk assessments.The Successful ApplicantIdeal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.7+ years of Project Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience.Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.Background managing capital equipment, automation, or facility expansion projects.Strong SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and project management experience.Familiarity with PFMEA, validation processes, and cross-functional leadership.Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What's On OfferWhat's To Offer:Significant capital projects and automation initiatives.Leadership opportunity with direct impact on plant operations.Relocation assistance available.Strong benefits package and career advancement opportunities.Collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture.
