Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a Nutrition Host/Hostess for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. In this role you will: Provide nutrition and hospitality service to assigned patients, including solicitation of preferences, processing and maintaining patient diet orders. Resolves any food and nutrition related issues. complete try passing and pick up for assigned patients daily. Receives and documents patient information in accordance with the facility requirements in the computer system. Ability to read, write, and understand written and oral instructions. 6 months of related experience is required. Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, basic computer usage.
