Special Dietary Needs: Manage and review requests for special diets; facilitate communication between parents, nursing staff, and kitchen personnel.
Marketing & Wellness: Manage department social media and marketing materials; participate in Wellness Committee meetings to align with NSLP requirements.
Classroom Integration: Bridge the gap between the classroom and cafeteria through grow gardens and nutrition education.
Additional Working Conditions:
Schedule: 35 hours per week; 195-day work year (includes 8 days prior to the school year and 5 days following the last day)
Physical Demands: Must be physically capable of carrying objects weighing 40 pounds.
