    Job Description

    Retail Cook is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing excellent customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling and sanitation procedures.
    Responsibilities include:
    - Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions - Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures - Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot well, stem tables, etc. - Break down, clean and sanitize work station - Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customer needs - Replenishes food items and ensure product stocked to appropriate levels - Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. - Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation - Ensures security of company assets

    Education
    High School Diploma or GED preferred
    Previous food service experience preferred

    Certification & Licensures
    Food safety certification preferred

    Qualifications
    Excellent customer service skills required
    Strong communication skills required
    Attention to details required
