Job Profile Summary
The Enterprise Solutions Architect designs, develops, and delivers advanced enterprise-scale solutions leveraging NVIDIA's hardware and software ecosystem, along with cloud-native and hybrid architectures, to transform business operations in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, and Power & Utilities environments.
This role acts as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures. The Enterprise Solutions Architect leads architectural decision-making, supports pre-sales and client advisory engagements, and drives innovation by applying GPU-accelerated computing, AI/ML, digital twins, and edge intelligence to real-world enterprise use cases.
Duties & Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture
- Architect and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions tailored to complex industry-specific challenges and transformation goals
- Leverage the full NVIDIA ecosystem (Omniverse, Metropolis, AI/ML platforms, CUDA, TensorRT, Jetson, DGX, NIM) to build scalable, high-performance systems
- Design architectures integrating on‑premise environments with cloud services across Azure, AWS, and GCP, balancing scalability, security, performance, and cost
- Define solution roadmaps aligned to both short-term delivery needs and long-term business strategies
- Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including solution designs, diagrams, and executive‑ready presentations
Client Engagement and Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on technology strategy, solution architecture, and best practices
- Identify and understand clients' business challenges, technical requirements, and constraints
- Lead architectural discussions with senior stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in business-relevant terms
- Conduct workshops and presentations to articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions and demonstrate their capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Serve as a subject matter expert for GPU-accelerated computing and edge AI/ML workloads within retail environments
Collaboration and Delivery
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams on RFPs, RFIs, and solution demonstrations
- Develop PoCs and pilots, guiding full-scale production implementations
- Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle with architectural oversight and guidance
- Coordinate across architects, engineers, data, and AI specialists to ensure solution alignment
- Mentor and coach architects and senior engineers across the broader technology organization
Technology Leadership and Innovation
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and NVIDIA roadmap advancements
- Propose innovative solution approaches to improve effectiveness, resilience, and scalability
- Drive adoption of AI/ML, digital twins, simulation, computer vision, and edge intelligence
- Contribute reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and frameworks
- Help shape enterprise innovation strategy through applied research, experimentation, and client use cases
Preferred Competencies & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on solution architecture and enterprise architecture
- Deep understanding of Retail and CPG industry dynamics, including omnichannel commerce, supply chain, in-store operations, and customer analytics
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level solutions leveraging AI/ML, digital twins, simulation and optimization, and computer vision capabilities within commercial retail environments
- Expertise in the NVIDIA ecosystem, including GPUs, AI/ML platforms (e.g., NVIDIA AI Enterprise), Omniverse, etc.
- Expertise in enterprise cloud architecture, cloud-native applications, containers (Kubernetes, Docker), and hybrid deployments
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and database technologies
- Familiarity with data engineering and MLOps pipelines
- Expertise in security, identity management, compliance, and governance in hybrid IT environments
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and presentations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA hardware (e.g., GPUs, Jetson, DGX) and software frameworks (CUDA, TensorRT, Omniverse, Metropolis, NIM, etc.)
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, inference acceleration, data modeling, and orchestration tools.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent architectural frameworks
- Expertise in security, identity management, compliance, and governance in hybrid IT environments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud certifications, NVIDIA certifications) are highly desirable

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on some factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $129,000 - $203,000 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
