Job Description:
- Developing CNC machining programs Utilizing Siemens NX software to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes.
- Interpreting technical drawings Analyzing job orders| drawings| blueprints| specifications| and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling.
- Working closely with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time.
- Monitoring machining activities to ensure cycle time matches with CAM programming and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders regularly for status updates and technical discussions| issue mitigation.
- Prepare protocols and reports as per the procedure.
- Engineering Change Management.
- Essential Skills: NX CAM programmer.
- Skills: EIS : Medical Device & Regulations, CAM Tools.
- Experience Required: 6-8
