About Penino and MoynihanPenino & Moynihan has established itself as one of the preeminent insurance defense law firms in both New York and Connecticut.Job DescriptionPenino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload;
- Drafting motions and status reports;
- Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school;
- Admitted to practice in New York; Connecticut admission is a plus;
- 3 plus years experience litigating insurance defense cases in New York State courts, including handling depositions;
- Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
