REQUIREMENTS: Clerical Administrator - NY/NJ- Our client requires that candidates must have an active/current DoD Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- High School education or equivalent plus up to one (1) year of specialized instruction in general office procedures.
- This is an entry level to associate level role. Candidates must have an active secret clearance, but the job can be taught for candidates who have relevant backgrounds
- Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Candidates should be comfortable learning internal systems, working across multiple departments, and supporting continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Clerical Administrator - NY/NJ
This role is associated with an environmental lab. The clerical administrator will provide administrative and clerical support by maintaining documentation, validating records, and ensuring accurate data entry across multiple systems. This role works closely with engineers, technicians, and program personnel to process documentation, review technical paperwork for completeness, and support daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Clerical Administrator - NY/NJ- Perform data validation and verification of engineering and program documentation.
- Review paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
- Enter, update, and maintain information within company databases and tracking systems.
- Support engineers and test technicians with administrative documentation needs.
- Prepare, organize, scan and file electronic and physical records.
- Assist with document routing, approvals, and record retention.
