Central Security Service Bureau LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced NYS Certified Security Guard Instructor to join our team in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities:

• Deliver NYS-approved security guard training courses in compliance with state regulations
• Instruct students on security protocols, legal powers of arrest, fire safety, and emergency procedures
• Develop and update course materials to align with current NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) standards
• Evaluate and assess student performance through written and practical examinations
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification documentation
• Foster a professional and engaging classroom environment for adult learners
• Stay current with changes in NYS security guard laws, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

• Active NYS DCJS Certified Security Guard Instructor license required
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of NYS security guard training curriculum and DCJS compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate adult learners from diverse backgrounds
• Reliable, professional, and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a background check
