Superintendent Opportunity in Buffalo
A Buffalo GC is looking for a Superintendent to travel locally in state. Full benefits, $6,000 monthly stipend+ $580 vehicle allowance.

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Supervise and direct subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve on-site challenges effectively.
- Monitor site safety and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure project continuity.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
- Communicate project updates and concerns to relevant teams in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in the property construction industry, managing on-site operations.
