What You'll Be Doing:
As an experienced Service Advisor, you'll take ownership of the service lane and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience:
- Greet customers professionally and build immediate trust
- Accurately assess customer concerns and perform detailed walk-arounds
- Write clear and precise repair orders
- Effectively recommend maintenance and repair services
- Communicate timelines, updates, and costs with confidence and transparency
- Coordinate closely with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage multiple customers and priorities without missing a beat
- Deliver completed vehicles with a focus on satisfaction and retention
- Consistently meet or exceed performance and sales goals
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to upsell services ethically and effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid Illinois Driver's License and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
