    We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Demand and Supply Planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning tools such as Blue Yonder (BY), o9, or similar platforms. This role requires a strong blend of technical and functional skills, including integration experience and the ability to lead business discussions and manage end-to-end testing processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a techno-functional expert for Demand and Supply Planning processes.
    • Configure and support planning solutions using tools such as Blue Yonder (BY), o9, or related platforms.
    • Work on integration projects with both upstream and downstream systems.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into system configurations.
    • Facilitate and participate in end-to-end testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
    • Lead and support business discussions to gather requirements, provide solutions, and offer best practice recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a techno-functional role within Demand and Supply Planning.
    • Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Blue Yonder (BY), o9, or equivalent.
    • Strong understanding of planning configurations, system integrations, and process flows.
    • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional business interactions.
    • Experience in conducting and leading end-to-end testing and validations.
